I found this website Integrated Transport Information System on how you can plan your journey around Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. They have up-to-date CCTV images of the traffic along the main arteries of Kuala Lumpur and the surrounding vicinity. Plus, telephone numbers of the taxi companies that operate in Kuala Lumpur and the contact numbers of airports and other modes of transport from KLIA and LCCT to Kuala Lumpur.
